Mr. Oliver has 14 years’ experience in the international resources industry working for both major and junior companies. He has led large scale resource definition projects for Rio Tinto and previously worked in near mine exploration/resource definition roles for Harmony Gold, Bellamel Mining and BC Iron.
More recently Mr. Oliver was the Managing Director of Signature Metals Ltd responsible from taking the Konongo Gold Project into production within two years of acquisition and growing the company from a market cap of A$6M to a transaction where it was valued at over A$50M.
He has wide-ranging exploration experience including expertise in near-mine exploration/resource extension and resource definition as well as significant experience in the technical and economic evaluation of resources projects. He holds an honours degree in Geology from the University of Western Australia as well as a post-graduate diploma in finance and investment from FINSIA.
Mr. Oliver was appointed to the position of director on 23 December 2010.

Mr Borg is a consultant geologist who has specialised in the “battery materials” sector including lithium, graphite and cobalt mineralisation, participating in numerous successful projects, in an investment and/or operational capacity.
Mr Borg has more than 20 years’ experience gained working in management, operational and project development roles in the Exploration and Mining industries, with companies including Rio Tinto Iron Ore, Magnis Resources Limited, IronClad Mining Limited, Lithex Resources Limited and Sibelco Australia Limited. Brendan is currently a Non-Executive Director of Tempus Resources Limited (ASX:TMR) and Birimian Limited (ASX:BGS). He is also a Director of geological consultancy Borg Geoscience Pty Ltd.
Mr Borg holds a Master of Science in Hydrogeology and Groundwater Management (University of Technology Sydney), a Bachelor of Science in Geology/Environmental Science (Monash University) and is a member of AusIMM and the IAH.
PINE VAN WYK

Mr van Wyk is a Metallurgical Engineer by profession, with extensive experience in the mining industry, particularly in developing and operating mines in Namibia. He holds commercial qualifications (B.Com and MBA), with a focus on project management.
He spent eight years at Rössing Uranium, where his roles included Superintendent Acid Plant and Metallurgical Services, Superintendent Strategic Projects and Engineering Manager.
In 2005, he joined Paladin Energy Ltd at their Langer Heinrich Uranium project as Operations Manager, taking the project from feasibility to full production.
In 2008, he joined Gecko Namibia as Director Projects and in 2014 became Managing Director of the Gecko Namibia group of companies. During 2018, Mr van Wyk also became the CEO and Director of Namibia Critical Metals Inc.
BSc – Commercial Engineering
Mr. Raskin is a speciality engineer based in Switzerland, with more than 25 years’ experience in minor metals production and sales on the global stage. Mr. Raskin was formerly a director of several companies active in production and trading of minor metals, specifically bismuth, selenium, cobalt, tellurium, indium, germanium and gallium.
He was one of the founders, a major shareholder and CEO of MCP Group, a company which controlled eight operations active in the refining and processing of minor metals in Europe, North America and Asia. MCP Group was one of the top three global players in minor metals industry, generating annual sales in excess of USD500 million. In 2011, MCP Group was sold to Toronto Stock Exchange listed 5NPlus, and Mr. Raskin subsequently served on the board of that Company.
Since 2013, Mr. Raskin has been active in the physical trading of minor metals commodities worldwide and has supported various companies active in minor metals through consulting services and investments. His activities in the minor metals industry allowed him to develop an extensive network in the base metals industry.
Ms Ross is an accounting and corporate governance professional with over 18 years’ experience in financial accounting and analysis, audit, business and corporate advisory services in public practice, commerce and state government. She has a Bachelor of Commerce and is a member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants in Australia and New Zealand.
Ms Ross has been a consultant to Celsius for a number of years and has also acted as Assistant Company Secretary and Chief Financial Officer for various ASX listed companies, as well as filling senior financial roles in the private and public sector. She is currently a Director of a corporate advisory company based in Perth that provides corporate and other advisory services to public listed companies.
Project Development Manager

Edward has 20 years’ experience, developing and managing mining projects in Southern Africa, more specifically in South Africa, Zambia, and the DRC. Edward spent the first 14 years of his career in large South African corporations focused on deep level gold mining followed by a short time in Anglogold/Anglo Platinum in both executive and technical roles. Thereafter he moved into developing smaller projects for both base metals and industrial minerals in Southern Africa.
He was the Operations Director of Metorex Ltd up to 2008 where he oversaw the expansion of operations in Zambia and developed the Ruashi Copper Cobalt Mine in the DRC, after which he joined the Vale/ARM JV to develop the Lubambe Copper Mine in Zambia. Since 2014, Edward has provided a specialist consulting service to various developing mineral projects and mines in Southern Africa.
